基于Simulink油气悬架非线性特性影响因素分析

         

摘要

油气悬架具有良好的非线性输出特性并且结构简单、 减振效果好而被广泛应用于工程车辆.根据单气室油气悬架的结构特点,针对其非线性结构参数特征,分别搭建非线性数学模型,基于Simulink搭建油气悬架分析模型,分析悬架缸各腔面积、 气体的初始充气体积、 阻尼孔的面积和单向阀的有效过流面积等对油气悬架性能的影响.结果表明:悬架缸各腔的面积、 气体的初始充气体积对油气悬架刚度特性影响较大;而对油气悬架的阻尼特性影响较大的因素主要有阻尼孔面积和单向阀的有效过流面积;各参数影响的规律根据系统工作状态存在较大差异;分别分析获得各结构参数对油气悬架性能的影响规律,为实际设计研究提供参考.%The hydro-pneumatic suspension was widely used in engineering vehicle for its excellent nonlinear damping and stiff -ness characteristics , simple structure and good vibration damping effect .According to the structure characteristic of single chamber hydro-pneumatic suspension and the characteristics of nonlinear structure parameters , the nonlinear mathematical models of hydro pneu-matic suspension are established respectively .The analysis model of the suspension was built based on Simulink .The influences of the cavity area of the suspension cylinder , the initial charge volume of the gas , the area of the damping hole and the effective flow area of the check valve on the performance of the suspension were analyzed .According to the analysis results know that:the area of each cavity of the suspension cylinder and the initial gas filled volume of the gas have great influence on the stiffness characteristics of the hydro -pneumatic suspension .The effective flow area of the damping hole and the effective flow area of the check valve have mainly great influ -ence on the damping characteristics of the suspension .The influence law of each parameter is different accordinig to working states of the system.The influence law of different structural parameters on the performance of the hydro -pneumatic suspension are analyzed re-spectively , which provide the reference for the actual research and design .
