可调式机械凸轮控制器断轴故障分析及改进

摘要

针对某型机械凸轮控制器常发的断轴故障，通过分析其传动结构、计算转轴受力，判断断轴故障产生的原因，并从结构设计、加工工艺和主动保护等方面提出改进和预防措施，保证设备安全工作。%Aiming at the broken shaft failure of a certain type of adjustable mechanical cam controller , it esti-mates the cause of broken shaft failure based on the analysis of the transmission structure and calculation of stress, and puts forward the improvement measures from the aspects of structure design , processing technology and active protection etc .This can nsure the equipment running normally .
