小直径SiO2-H2O纳米流体铜热管性能的试验研究

             

摘要

It introduces the experiments about heat transfer performances of SiO2-H2O nano-fluid heat pipes with small diameter copper tube,in which we add twelve sodium alkyl sulfate (0.25 % wt SDS) and Arabia gum (1% wt AG) as the dispersant individually.The experiment shows:comparing with the conventional deionized water heat pipes,the starting time of SiO2-H2O nano heat pipe is reduced down 8.50% and 5.23%.The nano heat pipes are with a higher heat transfer rate performance than that of the deionized water heat pipe.Comparing with the conventional deionized water heat pipe,the thermal resistance of SiO2-H2O nano heat pipe with dispersants SDS and AG decrease 37.50% and 26.40% respectively.%为测定SiO2-H2O纳米流体铜热管的性能,通过搭建热管性能测试实验台,对以去离子水及添加不同分散剂(质量浓度为0.25%十二烷基硫酸钠和质量浓度为1%阿拉伯树胶)的SiO2-H2O纳米铜热管的启动性能和传热性能进行了试验研究.研究结果表明:SiO2-H2O纳米流体铜热管的启动时间较传统去离子水热管分别缩短了8.50%和5.23%;纳米热管比去离子水热管具有更高的传热速率;相比于去离子水热管,添加十二烷基硫酸钠分散剂的SiO2-H2O纳米流体铜热管的热阻减小了37.50%,添加阿拉伯树胶分散剂的SiO2-H2O纳米流体铜热管的热阻减小了26.40%.
