基于ADAMS的伸展滑撬上调整机构仿真分析与优化

     

摘要

调整机构是某些拍摄平台的重要组成部分.针对一型伸展的直升机滑撬,建立数学模型进行运动学分析,在ADAMS中建立虚拟样机模型,进行运动仿真,仿真出拍摄平台垂直方向上的偏角和运动副间杆件的长度变化曲线图,参数化模型并对偏角和长度曲线进行有效值法优化设计,确定优化后的各参数值.各参数值可为调整机构的尺寸修改提供帮助.%Adjustment mechanism is an important part of aerial shot platform. For a type of deployable helicopter's skid,the mathematical model is built to carry out kinematics analysis,and also the ADAMS model of adjustment mechanism is set up to make simulation. The moverment curves are simulated out, containing the aerial shot platform's vertical deffection angle and the length of bar between two motion pairs. Parameterized model is carried out to carry out optimal design with root mean square,and then all of parameterized variables are confirmed. These results are useful to the modification of adjustment mechanism dimensions.
