基于DMC运动控制卡的开放式数控系统研究

     

摘要

This paper construcs an open numerical control system based on DMC motion control card, which is simple and practical,and also has certain openness, and is suitable for numerical control transformation of most common machine tool. Then it combines the numerical control transformation of CA6140 common lathe to describe the process of research and design from hardware connection and user operation interface program. The system has the general function of universal CNC system and can realize the jog control and moving interpolation. The products of the machine tool machining accord with requirements of customer. The results show that the open numerical control system can also be applicable for numerical control transformation of other machine tool,so it has certain economy and practicality.%构建一套以DMC运动控制卡为核心的开放式数控系统,这套系统简单、实用,并具有一定的开放性,适用于大多数普通机床的数控改造.然后结合CA6140普通车床数控改造的实例,从硬件的连接和用户操作界面程序两个方面讲述开放式数控系统研究和设计的过程.构建的数控系统具有通用数控系统的一般功能,能实现点动和插补运动,机床加工的产品符合客户技术要求.试验结果表明,这一开放式数控系统可以应用于其他机床的数控改造,且具有一定的经济性和实用性.
