准时化生产方式应用于生产计划的制定及其执行

介绍了准时化生产方式的概念,实现了生产计划的种类及其编制方法,比较传统的生产方式与准时化生产方式(JIT)这两种生产方式的特点和不同之处,并以制定偏航变桨齿轮箱生产计划为例,应用以上理论以体现JIT生产方式在制定计划过程中的优点.%This paper introduces the idea and advantage of Just in time (JIT) production mode, sorts of production plans and method of drawing up the plan and compares the characteristics and differences of the traditional production mode with those of JIT production mode. In the end, it takes the pitch & yaw gearbox production plan for example to embody the idea of the above theory.
