气动点焊伺服焊枪实验平台及故障模式研究

摘要

为了对某新型气动点焊伺服焊枪系统进行故障诊断研究,设计了与其功能相似的模拟实验平台.通过对不同故障点位和元器件失效设置的实验模拟,观测系统运行,分析系统潜在的故障模式以及快速处理时策.最后通过建立故障树的形式,对气动点焊伺服焊枪的主要故障模式进行了研究分析.%In order to study the failure mode of the pneumatic servo spot-welding gun system, the experiment platform is designed. By the simulation of experimental platform, the answers to the main failure modes are found out. Finally, this paper describes the main failure mode of the pneumatic servo spot welding gun system, and illustrates the building fault tree process.
