基于AMESIM的EPB盾构刀盘液压驱动系统的仿真研究

     

摘要

According to a kind of shield machine the cutter head drive hydraulic system of the φ6.4m EPB shield machine is designed.Firstly,the structure and the working principle of the φ6.4m earth pressure balance shield machine cutter drive hydraulic system are introduced and the means of closed loop control with a variable displacement pump and a variable motor are adopted.Then,its simulation model is established and the sub-model parameters according to the actual situation are set up.The speed of the cutter is simulated according to the load charecteristics on the AMESim environment.Finally,the simulation results are discussed and analyzed and they provide the reference basis for building the shield machine in our coutry.%结合某型盾构机,研究了6.4m土压平衡盾构机刀盘驱动液压系统的结构组成和工作原理,采用变量泵变量马达闭环控制方式,设计了6.4 m EPB盾构刀盘液压驱动系统.在AMEsim环境中建立刀盘驱动系统的仿真模型,按实际情况设置子模型参数,对刀盘速度负载特性和负载波动情况进行仿真,并对结果分析,为盾构机国产化研究提供参考依据.
