The statistical analysis is performed for the patent application of new energy vehicles all over the world.The applications of pure electric vehicles,hybrid vehicles,fuel cell vehicles and Battery technology are compared.Based on the technical focus,the patents of China,the United States,Japan and Europe are categorized in the applicants and applications.By collection and analysis of industry trends and hot points,the article gives some advices to the development of new energy vehicles in China.%对全球范围内新能源汽车领域的专利申请情况进行了数据统计与分析,集中对纯电动汽车、混合动力汽车、燃料电池汽车以及动力电池技术的专利申请进行了比较,并基于技术重点、申请人、申请量等信息按照我国与美、日、欧等申请人情况进行了归纳分类.通过对产业趋势、热点的掌握与分析,对我国新能源汽车产业的未来和发展提供参考.
