热处理工艺对镁合金真空压铸件的组织及性能的影响

摘要

研究了热处理工艺对真空压铸件的组织及性能的影响,结果证明,真空压铸镁合金可以通过热处理工艺来提高其力学性能,经固溶处理与时效处理后,铸件可以获得更好的综合力学性能.%The effect of heat treatment on structure and property of magnesium alloy vacuum assisted die casting is studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of the magnesium alloy of vacuum assisted die casting may be improved by heat treatment process.The comprehensive mechanical properties of the vacuum assisted die casting becomes much better after the solution treatment and ageing treatment.
