浅析如何降低汽车冲压件材料消耗

汽车的白车身是由车身外覆盖件、内覆盖件及骨架件经焊接而成,而这些外覆盖件、内覆盖件及骨架件多由冷轧钢板冲压制成.对于汽车车身冲压件来说,其材料费用通常占冲压件制造成本的60％～70％,因而降低汽车冲压件的材料消耗,对于汽车厂家而言具有重要意义.从冲压件的工艺方法、下料设备选择、废料、余料的利用等方面,介绍了降低冲压件材料消耗的措施,在实际的运用中,取得了良好经济效益.%Automobile white bodywork is formed by welding outer panel and framework which are mostly stamped with cold-rolled steel. The material cost of those stampings is about 60%～70% of total cost. Therefore, it is very significant for car manufacturers to reduce material cost of automobile stampings.From the suitable choice of stamping process and the type of blanking equipment, the reuse of waste material and surplus material, the article introduces several solutions which get good economic benefits from reducing the consumption of the stamping material.
