切削力的测量对于监测加工过程以及获得高精度的零部件具有重要作用,为实现自适应加工提供切削状态参数。研究了一种基于声表面波原理的切削力测量智能刀具,能在切削加工中实现主切削力的实时测量,并具有无线、无源的测量优势,能够适应复杂的加工环境。建立了切削力与声表面波谐振器石英基片应变的关系模型,分析了声表面波谐振器谐振频率,得到了切削力与声表面波谐振频率偏移量的关系。实验结果表明,基于声表面波原理的切削力测量智能刀具能够实现切削力的实时测量。%The cutting force measurement is essential for monitoring machining process and achieving high precision mechanical parts, and at the same times, it provides processing parameters for self-adapting machining. A cutting force measuring smart cutting tool with surface acoustic resonator is investigated, and this tool can be used to realize real-time main cutting force measuring during machining process, which is characterisfic of wireless and passive measuring, and suitable for complex processing environment. The relationship model between cutting force and strain of the quartz substrate in surface acoustic wave resonator is established, and its resonant frequency is analyzed, then the relationship between cutting force and the resonant frequency shift of the resonator is ob-tained. Experimental results show that the smart cutting tool with surface acoustic wave resonator can be used to achieve real-time measuring of cutting force.
