The device has fan-shaped inter digital transducers (1,2) that are arranged on piezoelectric substrate (S), and grouped into cells (111-114,121-124,211-214,221-214) of unidirectional transducers. Each transducer is composed of two partial transducers (11,12,21,22) that are arranged in average line direction, and inclined at specific angle. A difference between respective displacement and inclination angle of the transducers is represented using specific relation combining maximum cell length, minimal cell length, and aperture of shifts between the transducers.
