双工位胶带疲劳试验机自动控制系统研究

摘要

With rubber belt fatigue testing machine as a test equipment, it plays an important role in the materials testing, develop-ment and quality control. With the rapid development of national economy, a higher demand is set on its technology and testing method. This text briefly introduces the design of the rubber belt fatigue testing system, utilizes the PID control module for realizing closed loop control of its analog, modeling the hydraulic servo system and the design of the adaptive fuzzy PID control er.%胶带疲劳试验机作为一种试验设备，在材料试验机、新型材料开发、和品质控制等方面发挥着重要作用，随着国民经济的发展，对疲劳试验机技术及其测试手段提出了更高的要求。介绍了胶带疲劳试验机的控制系统设计，利用PID控制模块，实现模拟量的闭环控制；液压伺服系统的建模，以及自适应模糊PID控制器的设计。
