铜冶炼炉烟气喷雾冷却控制系统

摘要

铜冶炼炉烟气喷雾冷却控制系统是将铜冶炼炉排出的高温烟气用恒定压力的水和气的混合物通过喷嘴以雾状的形式喷入喷雾冷却器中，从而对高温烟气进行冷却处理的自动控制系统。该系统借助PLC实现，通过WINCC进行组态画面的设计，能够有效地完成对出口烟气温度的监控和烟气中二氧化硫的回收利用。%The control system of copper smelting furnace flue gas spray cooling is an automatic control system for cooling the flue gas with high temperature.It injects the mixture of water and steam with constant pressure.which is atomized through the nozzle into the spray cooler. PLC is used in this system and the configuration screen is designed through the WINCC to effectively monitor the flue gas outlet temperature and recycle sulfur dioxide in flue gas .
