基于ANSYS的进给系统热特性分析工具的研究与开发

摘要

Secondary development technology of ANSYS based on APDL is discussed on the thermal analysis of machine tool feed-ing system. This technology is applied to the FSA-Thermal,that the ANSYS is closely integrated into the development software. Its parameterized thermal analysis platform is developed based on C#.Parameterized interface settings for FSA-Thermal to solve the au-tomatic thermal analytical calculation.%针对数控机床进给系统的热分析问题，研究了基于APDL语言的ANSYS二次开发技术，将该开发模式应用到进给系统热分析模块的开发中，把ANSYS无缝集成到所开发的软件中。结合C＃语言开发环境设计了进给系统参数化热分析平台，实现了进给系统热分析工具的参数化界面设置以及温度场、热变形分析的自动化计算求解。
