纤维含量对纤维增强复合材料影响的研究

     

摘要

The steel fiber reinforced Sn-Cu-Fe-WC materials are fabricated by using powder metal urgical processing technique. The impact of the fiber content on the density, tensile strength, and unit volume of absorbed energy, elongation at break, elas-tic modulus and hardness of the material composite is studide. The results show that with the increase of fiber content, its plas-tic toughness of decreases slightly, the elastic modulus is basical y unchanged, the tensile strength and hardness increase. And the tensile strength comes up to the maximum when the fiher content is 15%, then the tensile strength and hardness de-crease gradual y. lt can be seen that the fiber content is to low, it can’ t make ful use of the fiber in the composite material and becomes redundance and even the defect source. lf the content is too high, it is not easy to process it. The optimum fiber con-tent should be 15%.%用粉末治金法制备了钢纤维增强的Sn-Cu-Fe-WC基复合材料,研究了纤维含量对复合材料密度、抗拉强度、单位体积吸收能量值、断裂伸长率、弹性模量和硬度的影响。结果表明:随着纤维含量的增加,复合材料的其塑韧性略有降低,弹性模量基本保持不变。抗拉强度和硬度却随着纤维含量的增加而增大,在纤维含量的15%时抗拉强度达到最大值,随后抗拉强度和硬度又逐渐减小。可见:纤维含量太低不能充分发挥纤维在复合材料中增强效果,反而成为多余夹杂甚至成为缺陷源。但含量过高工艺上又不易实现,最佳的纤维含量应该为15%。
