制退机内部流场空化特性数值仿真

     

摘要

To research on the interior flow field in gun recoil brake during the process of recoil movement, a 2D simplified model is proposed based on the dynamic mesh method. And the Realizable κ-ε turbulence model, the multi-phase Mixure model and the cavitation model are used in CFD software. The calculated results predict the internal area that the cavitation happens at the instanta-neous distribution of the interior pressure, velocity and volume fraction of vapor and the foamed recoil liquid fil ed the non-working chamber with at the end of recoil movement. The conclusion provides theoretical support for the optimal design and fault diagnosis of the recoil brake.%通过建立基于动网格的制退机二维简化模型,采用Realizable κ-ε湍流模型、多相流Mixture模型和气穴模型研究了火炮后坐运动过程中制退机内部的流动特性。仿真结果预测了制退机内部气穴发生的区域,较为精确地显示了流场内压力、速度和气体体积分数的瞬时分布,认为制退机在后坐结束时期其非工作腔部分区域充满泡沫化的制退液。该结论可以为制退机的优化设计和故障诊断提供理论参考。
