控制式差动无级变速器的优化设计

摘要

针对目前控制式差动无级变速器设计比较复杂的问题，以整个装置的体积最小为优化设计目标，建立控制式差动无级变速器优化设计的数学模型，利用MATLAB的优化工具箱对其进行优化设计，优化设计后有效减少减速装置的体积，可为同类型传动的设计提供设计方法。%Regarding the least volume of the whole reducer as the goal of the optimum design,this paper introduces a mathematical model of the optimum design of the control ing differential stepless speed variator and optimizes the design of the transmission by using the Matlab optimization toolbox. Its volume is less than the initial one. The method is provided for the same type transmission design.
