建立Cymbal压电换能器有限元模型,通过时域仿真,分析了Cymbal换能器压电材料厚度、内腔直径和高度、金属端帽厚度等结构参数对换能器输出电压的影响规律。结果表明,为使Cymbal压电换能器得到更好的输出电压,应该选择最优的内腔高度,增大换能器内腔直径、压电材料厚度,同时减小金属端帽厚度和换能器外直径。可为Cymbal压电换能器的结构优化设计提供一定的理论参考,提高设计效率。%A finite element model of Cymbal transducer is established. The influence rule of material thickness, the diameter and height of lumen, metal endcap thickness and other structural parameters of the transducer on its output voltage is analyzed. The re-sults show that, in order to obtain its perfect output voltage, the height of the lumen should be optimized, the diameter of the lumen and the thickness of the piezoelectric materials should be increased, while its metal endcap thickness and outside diameter should be reduced. The research result can provide theoretical references for the optimum structural design of Cymbal transducer and improving design efficiency.
