液体和粉末物料定量下料控制系统的设计

摘要

The oil refineries of Sinopec Maoming Company need timing quantitative supply in the refining process,and the supply in the production process is operated manual y, so this paper puts forward a new control method in which the quantitative control instru-ment is used with the liquid flow meter to realize its automatic feeding, so as to avoid the delayed supplying phenomenon, make the system work smoothly and improve its stability greatly. The practical result shows that the design completely reaches the predeter-mined requirements.%中石化某厂在炼油生产过程中需要定时定量下料，针对该生产过程采用手工作业的状况，提出一种新的控制方法，用定量控制仪和液体流量计相结合的方法，实现了自动加料，避免了误点加料的现象，使系统工作的可靠性和稳定性大为提高，实践证明，设计完全达到了预定的要求。
