安全气囊静态点爆实验数控电源设计

     

摘要

ln order to solve the possible problems of the airbag such as the spontaneous explosion without car accident, or delayed or even no ignition upon the occurrence of car accident, power parameters needed for airbagˊs static deployment are examined and an embedded power system is designed. The system can adjust the parameters of airbag ignition time and the electric current. The experimental platform, by means of touch-smart human-computer interface, sets the electric current, voltage, pulse delay-time and pulse duration, and simulates the signals necessary to trigger the ignition of the airbag in a car accident, thus realizing airbag static explosion; and in the mean time, the flashlight and high-speed camera are also triggered to record the whole process of the ignition. Through this experiment, an intel igent and generalized solution is provided for airbag testing.%针对安全气囊在未发生事故时自爆、发生事故时未及时点爆或者不爆的故障现象,研究安全气囊静态展开所需要的电源参数,设计可以对气囊点爆时间、电流大小参数可调的嵌入式电源系统。实验平台通过触摸式人机界面设置电流及电压数值,脉冲延迟时间,脉冲保持时间等,模拟安全气囊在汽车交通事故中引爆所需的信号,实现静态引爆安全气囊,并触发闪光灯与高速摄像机记录下安全气囊引爆过程。通过实际安全气囊点爆试验,系统达到了实验目的,为安全气囊的实验与检验提供了智能化、通用化解决方案。
