ln order to improve the production efficiency of solar cel s, siemens PLC is used as the station control unit, with PROFl-BUS-DP field bus technology, monitoring and supervising are realized by PC and touch screen, and the manufacturing system is automated and flexibilized. ln this paper, the overal structure and work process of the solar cel manufacturing system based on FMS are introduced;and the composition of the transferring unit, electrical control system, and configuration unit are il ustrated in detail.
