后坐力作用下某型车载榴弹炮车架结构响应分析

         

摘要

This paper makes the transient dynamic response analysis of certain type truck-mounted howitzer by using the finite-ele-ment method to check out its properties under the shock of recoil force. In the process of analysis, the time-dependent curve of e-quivalent triangle wave instead of the recoil force is regarded as the impact load input condition, then the response of its finite ele-ment simulation is calculated in the conditions of 4 different emission angles respectively. It comes to the conclusion that the greatest stress and maximum displacement of the frame structure reach 467.5 MPa and 5.7 mm in the most severe operating condition, how-ever, the stiffness and strength of the whole frame body can still meet the requirements and it indicates that its structure design is reasonable and it offers guidance for the design improvements.%为验证某型车载榴弹炮的车架在后坐力冲击下的结构性能,采用了有限元仿真方法对某型车载榴弹炮的车架进行了瞬态动力响应分析.利用三角波等效代替后坐力随相应时间变化的曲线,以此作为分析过程中冲击载荷的输入条件,分别在4种不同发射工况下进行了计算.得出最恶劣的作业工况下,车架最大应力为467.5 MPa,最大位移为5.7 mm,车架整体的刚强度能够满足使用要求,表明车架的结构设计合理,为某型车载榴弹炮结构设计提供了理论依据.
