旋印电解加工辅助阳极设计和试验研究

         

摘要

Stray corrosion is one of the main factors that affect the precision of the counter-rotating electrochemical machining. The electric field distribution in the non-processing area of the convex can be improved significantly by adding auxiliary anode, thus effec-tively reducing the stray corrosion occurring on the side wall and the surface of the convex and improving the machining accuracy. This paper mainly introduces the structure design and simulation optimization of the auxiliary anode and verifies its effectiveness and the result of the improvement of the stray corrosion in the experiment research. The optimal contour radius of the auxiliary anode is the surface radius of the convex. Results of the experiment research show that the auxiliary anode is reliable, the stray corrosion on the surface and the side wall of the convex and the machining accuracy are improved obviously.%杂散腐蚀是影响旋印电解加工精度的重要因素之一,添加辅助阳极可以显著改善凸台非加工区的电场分布,从而有效抑制发生在侧壁和凸台表面的杂散腐蚀,提高加工精度.介绍了辅助阳极的机构设计和仿真优化,并在试验中验证机构的可实用性和杂散腐蚀的改善效果.仿真优化出辅助阳极的最佳轮廓半径值为凸台表面轮廓半径值,试验结果表明机构可靠,凸台表面和侧壁杂散腐蚀改善明显,有效地提高了加工精度.
