旋印电解加工的仿真与试验研究

         

摘要

In order to solve the existing difficulties in conventional machining of rotational parts with complex surface, a new method named rotate-print ECM is proposed, to overcome the difficulties such as the deformation of thin-wall parts, low machining efficiency of difficult-to-machine material etc. Simulation of machining process and calculation of machining results are carried out, and the forming regulation of boss is preliminarily explored. The basic experiments are attempted, and comparison between machining results and simulation is made. When the height of the machined boss is 0.51 mm, the average contour deviation and maximum deviation are 0.054 mm and 0.13 mm respectively. The influencing factors of the deviations are discussed to instruct the subsequent experiment.%针对难加工材料回转体构件复杂型面在常规加工中存在的诸多困难,提出了旋印电解加工方法,以解决薄壁件机械加工变形、加工效率低等问题.通过对加工过程的仿真分析,对凸台轮廓进行了计算预测,初步明确了凸台成形规律;还开展了基础试验,并将试验结果与仿真结果进行对比,结果表明:当加工凸台高度为0.51mm时,轮廓平均偏差为0.054mm,最大偏差为0.130mm.讨论分析了偏差影响因素,以指导后续试验.
