镍基高温合金切削热力学仿真

     

摘要

Deform-3D is applied to nickel base superalloy cutting simulation and study and the method of individual ly varying cutting parameters to control cutting speed and feed rate is used to do cutting simulation test with a single variable. By contrast and analysis of data groups, it comes to the conclusion that the cutting force and cutting temperature change with the change of the cutting varia-ble graphic. From this, the most suitable thermodynamic conditions is obtained for the alloy cutling to cover the shortage of cutting force and cutting heat research and it is used in production practice.%应用Deform-3D对镍基高温合金进行切削加工仿真研究.采用单一改变切削参数、切削速度和进给量的方法,进行单变量切削仿真试验.通过对多组数据进行对比分析,得到刀具切削力和切削温度随切削变量变化的图形,从而获得最适宜该合金切削加工的热力学条件,弥补镍合金在切削加工、切削力和切削热方面研究不足的缺陷,并可将其应用于生产实践中.
