一种四杆机构式电动载物爬楼机

     

摘要

In order to improve the quality of people's life and reduce the quantity of work for going upstairs, this paper designs an e-lectrical goods frolley with four-bar mechanism to act as going up and down stairs and uses solidworks to do its motion simulation to prove its reliability of the designed mechanism. The simulation results show that its overall structure is reasonable; its operation is smooth and it can meet the design requirements.%为提高人们的生活质量,减轻爬楼携物的劳动量,设计了一种四杆机构式电动载物爬楼机,利用四杆机构的运动特性进行周期循环运动从而实现爬升越障的功能,应用SolidWorks进行运动仿真,检测设计机构的可行性.仿真结果表明,所设计的电动载物爬楼机整体结构合理,运行过程平稳,满足设计要求.
