The roll stability of partially filled tank vehicle changes during turning or lane change with the change of cargo centre of gravity (c.g) height and liquid sloshing in the tank. For solving high c.g. or large liquid sloshing, the relation between the roll moment of the liquid sloshing and the cross-section shape of the tank is investigated based on the requirement of national standard GB1589-2004, and a new tank cross-section shape is proposed, which meets the optimum design and principle of tank vehicle. The analysis results show that when the tank liquid is filled with its specified range, the roll stability of tank vehicle above is improved.%液罐车在非满载情况下,其液罐中的液体质心高度和液面长度随行驶工况而发生变化,导致液罐车侧倾稳定性下降.针对传统液罐中液体晃动过大或质心过高的问题,根据液罐形状的国家标准GB1589-2004的要求,研究基于侧倾稳定性的液罐车罐体横截面优化设计原理及其方法.分析结果表明所设计的优化液罐可以在一定的充液比范围内提高液罐车的侧倾稳定性.
