某型摆臂式垃圾车摆臂机构力学特性分析与研究

摘要

摆臂机构的关节力学特性研究对摆臂式垃圾车工作装置有至关重要的影响.在构建摆臂机构三维实体模型的基础上,进行满载工况下的各关节点动力学分析研究,得出摆臂机构中最大受力点,再利用静力学分析软件HyperWorks对最大受力点进行有限元分析,得到相应的应力分布图,发现应力集中点,为机构进一步优化和改进提供了参考依据.%It is most important to make a study of the mechanical characteristics of swing arm mechanism for the operation of swing arm type refuse collector. This paper builds the three-dimensional entity model of the swing arm mechanism, makes the dynamic analysis of all the joints on the condition with full load and finds out the point enduring the greatest force. and then uses the statical analysis software HyperWorks to do the finite element analysis of the maximum stress point, thus obtaining the corresponding stress drawing. The basis is provided for its further optimization and improvement.
