满足电极平行度下的螺母凸焊试验研究

摘要

在满足电极平行度下对螺母与板材间的三点凸焊,从正交试验、螺母顶出力试验及焊点截面宏观金相、焊点硬度测试分析、金相显微组织观察等方面进行试验研究.试验结果表明:在满足电极平行度情况下,采用合适的焊接规范参数能大大提高凸点的焊接质量稳定性.%In this paper,under the satisfied electrode parallelism,three-point parallel projection weld is done between the nut and the plate.From the orthogonal test,weld nut ejection service test and sectional macro metallographic and welding spot hardness test the metallurgical microstructure is observed and studied.The results show that in the case of the satisfied electrodes parallelism,the appropriate welding parameters can be used to greatly improve the welding quality and stability.
