双输入减速器试验台结构设计及试验分析

摘要

介绍了双输入减速器的结构及传动原理,得出其试验台所要解决的问题所在.通过排布试验台结构、机械设计计算和有限元结构分析的方法,得到试验台关键零件的尺寸和整体结构.通过对减速器的试验,比较3种输入方法所得的传动效率曲线,验证了试验台试验的合理性.%This paper introduces the structure and transmission principle of the double input reducer and finds the key point of its test -bed.Through the design of the test-bed's layout,the mechanical structure design and finite element structural analysis,the size of its critical parts and integral structure are obtained.Then,the rationality of the test-bed is verified through the comparative analysis of the transmission efficiency curves obtained by use of three methods.
