In the actual production operation environment,some engineering components and mechanical parts always operate under changing load.In the failure modes,fatigue damage mode most appears.This paper analyzes the influence of its different structure systems on its fatigue life and reliability,discusses the reliability of the series and parallel structure system,and then,calculates the probability of its fatigue damage in the failure modes of the whole system.%在现实生产作业环境中一些工程构件和机械零部件总是承受着变载荷的作用,并且在众多的破坏模式当中疲劳破坏是一种常见的模式.因此很有必要将疲劳学作为一项重要学科进行研究.分析研究了160 t铁路救援起重机伸缩壁板壳结构系统的不同可靠性模型对疲劳寿命的影响,探讨了结构系统串联和并联系统的可靠性.对结构系统疲劳失效模式进行举例,并对单个失效模式的破坏概率进行计算和整个系统失效概率进行求解.
