磁悬浮轴承位置控制系统中,因使用的电涡流位移传感器存在较大的温度漂移而导致位置控制精度不够高.为解决此问题,设计了一种位移差动检测与控制电路,用差动测量的方法减小温漂和其他干扰的影响.实验表明,与用单一位移传感器直接测量的方式相比,此法能较好地提高磁悬浮轴承位置控制精度.%Due to the large temperature drift of the eddy current displacement sensor,in the position control system for the magnetic suspension bearing,the position control accuracy is not high.To solve this problem,this paper designs a kind of differential displace-ment detection and control circuit,which is used to reduce the influence of temperature drift and other disturbances.Experimental re-sults show that the displacement detection and control circuit can be used to improve the position control precision of the magnetic suspension bearing greatly,compared with the direct measurement by single displacement sensor.
