表面织构润滑减磨性能仿真分析方法的实验验证

     

摘要

选用销-盘实验模型,以圆柱形表面织构为研究对象,通过实验测得表面织构的摩擦因数和盘试件磨损量,通过单元仿真分析得到油膜上表面压力最大值。引入相关系数,研究不同参数表面织构下,摩擦因数和磨损量与油膜上表面压力最大值之间相关关系。结果表明:数值分析得到的油膜压力最大值与实验得到的磨损量和摩擦因数之间在有着较高的相关性;单元仿真分析方法能够反映出表面织构润滑减磨性能的总体趋势,可用于确定表面织构优化参数,是一种有效减少实验的方法。但是该方法不能适用于表面织构直径较小时。%By selecting the pin⁃disk experimental model and cylindrical surface texture as the object of study, the fric⁃tion coefficient of surface texture and the wear loss of disk specimen were measured by experiments, the maximum film surface pressure was got by unit simulation methods. The correlation coefficient was introduced to study the correlation be⁃tween friction coefficient and wear loss with maximum film surface pressure. The results show that there is quite high corre⁃lation between the maximum oil film pressure obtained by numerical analysis with the friction coefficient and wear loss measured by experiments. Unit simulation analysis method can reflect the overall trend of lubricating and antifriction prop⁃erties of surface texture, which can be used to determine the optimized parameter range of surface texture and is an effec⁃tive method of reducing the experiments. But the method is not suitable to use when the diameter of surface structure is quite small.
