摘要

The laser surface micro-texturing technology on the surface of friction units has been briefly introduced in this paper. With the cylinder liner/piston ring attrition tester of reciprocating engine, under tree representative working conditions, the systemically fast attrition simulation tests of the different cylinder liner and flat wall specimens by laser surface micro-texturing have been carried out. The results show: after laser surface micro-texturing on the surface of friction units, the lubrication and the anti-scuffing ability of friction units has been improved, wear loss has been reduced, and the wear-resisting behavior has been enhanced about 3~4 times compared with the un-texturing specimens. In the end, the optimized laser micro-texturing micro-geometry structures matched the improvement of lubrication on friction units has existed.
