A device and method used for measuring the pressure of lubricating fluid on a textured friction surface, comprising a first clamping piece (7) and a second clamping piece (8) arranged opposite to each other, wherein one clamping piece clamps a textured plate (12) and the other clamping piece clamps a smooth plate (11); the lubricating fluid is located between the smooth plate and the textured plate; multiple pressure sensors (13, 14) are provided on each of the smooth plate and the textured plate, and the pressure sensors are respectively connected to a controller. The internal pressure of the lubricating fluid on the textured friction surface may be effectively measured by means of the present measurement method and device, thereby stably measuring the pressure of the lubricating fluid and seeking a solution for a lubricating flow field.
