物流企业人力资源管理存在的问题及对策

In this paper, we introduced the connotation of the human resource of logistics enterprise and the characteristics of human resource management, through an SWOT analysis, explained the problems existing in the human resource management system of logistics enterprises as well as the specific causes, and at the end, on such basis gave some suggestions for the management and development of human resources by the logistics enterprises in China.%概述了物流企业人力资源的内涵与人力资源管理的特征,通过SWOT分析法阐述了物流企业人力资源管理现存的问题并分析具体的成因,在此基础上提出了我国物流企业人力资源管理和开发的几点策略.
