基于阶段性教学模式的军事仓储管理专业任职教育作战指挥能力培养浅析

In this paper, through analyzing the professional demand of the military warehouse management specialty by the Chinese army at present and in future, and in connection with the characteristics of the comprehensive support operation of the rear depots in war, we analyzed in detail the requirement on the combat command competence of the warehouse management talents and the composition of the combat and logistical command capacity of the warehouse management officers and at the end, in connection with the post-specific professional education of the military academies, proposed the suggestions and measures for the division of the stage of the professional education of the specialty.%主要针对军事院校仓储管理专业任职教育对象.通过分析现在与未来我军军事仓储管理专业的岗位任职需要,结合实战化条件后方仓库综合保障特征,对仓储管理专业人才的作战指挥能力要求,仓储管理专业军官作战后勤指挥能力构成进行了详细分析,而后结合院校岗位任职教育的特点,提出了该专业任职教育培养阶段性划分与相应具体实施步骤建议.
