There is a desperate shortage for the complex talents which with a multidisciplinary knowledge and strong ability to adapt. Guided by the fractal theory of the modern science of complex systems, This paper deeply analyzes the intellectual ability structure morphology and growth characteristics of the logistics engineering talent, establishes seed growth model of talents, obtains growth pattern of different quality seeds which are grown in opportunity development space by the simulation test, studies their fractal characteristics and the social adaptability.
