应用型本科物流管理专业双师型教师队伍建设研究

摘要

自2001年物流被列入国家经济规划中的重点发展项目，全国掀起一股“物流热”，物流企业如雨后春笋般遍地设立。要发展物流业，人才是关键，培养人才的关键主角是教师。如何培养出高素质优秀人才的关键就是要有一支综合素质高、队伍结构合理、业务水平高、适应高校发展的“双师型”师资队伍。%Since logistics development was listed in the national economic planning in 2001,logistics has become hot topic and logistics enterprises have sprung up and set up everywhere.To develop the logistics industry,the talent is the key while the key to training talents is a teacher.How to cultivate high -quality talents is to have a high comprehensive quality,reasonable structure,high business level “double type”teachers,to adapt to the development of colleges and universities.
