高职物流管理专业双师型教师队伍建设要点研究

摘要

The focus of logistics management major brand -construction of Higher Vocational Education is teachers.This paper mainly analyses present situation of the training of the professional teachers in logistics management major in higher vocational colleges,and according to surveys and studies,putting forward key points in training “double -professional teachers”.%高职院校物流管理专业品牌建设的重点在师资，创新校企合作模式是“双师型”教师队伍培养的关键途径。文中主要分析目前高职院校物流管理专业教师队伍建设的现状，根据调查和研究提出“双师型”教师队伍建设要点。
