大学城高校食堂集配中心的选址及效益分析--以合肥大学城为例

摘要

针对各高校食堂独自经营所造成的成本高、效率低且资源分散浪费的现状，文中在整合食堂物流资源的指导思想下，通过将集配中心概念引入大学城高校食堂发展模式中，分析在大学城建立食堂集配中心的可行性。并以合肥大学城为例，以食堂物流总成本最低为目标，利用精确重心法建立集配中心选址模型，并给出最终选址参考。此外，也将探讨建立食堂集配中心后将产生的效益。%Aiming at the“high cost,low efficiency and resource waste” situation which caused by the self-management of school canteens,the concept of supply hub is going to be introduced into the development patterns of canteens in the university town and the feasibility of establishing the supply hub of canteen is going to be analyzed,according to the principle of integrating logistics resource of school canteen.Take the university town of Hefei for example,with the goal of the lowest total logistics cost of school canteen,modeling the address of supply hub by using the exact center -of -gravity method and providing the final selection of site.Besides,the efficiency generated by establishing the supply hub of canteen is going to be further discussed.
