The device has fasteners (7) mounted on an enclosure to maintain long tubes (4). Hollow conical frustum shaped flanges (1) and spacers (2), placed between each set of two flanges, rotate freely and are threaded in the tubes. Two connections (6) are bent at 45 degrees in which small tubes (5) and flanges are fitted. A closure blocks the tubes (4), and silicone adhesive joints are provided between tubes (4, 5), fasteners and connections.
