本科高校转型发展试点学院是教育部为贯彻党的十八届三中全会精神和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的试点工作，云南财经大学物流学院被列入云南省本科高校转型发展试点学院，通过转型发展提高高等教育服务区域经济社会发展的能力和水平，培养产业转型升级和公共服务发展需要的一线高层次技术技能人才为主要目标，以推进产教融合、校企合作为主要路径，通过试点推动、示范引领，引导和推动部分地方本科高校向应用技术类型高校转型发展，促进地方高等教育更加直接、有效地为产业升级、技术进步和社会管理创新服务方面进行了有益的探索。%Pilot college of transformation development of undergraduate institutions is a pilot project of the Ministry of Education,with the purpose of implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The Logistics School of Yunnan university of finance and economics has been listed as one of the pilot colleges of transformation development of undergraduate institutions in Yunnan province. It is supposed to improve the capability and level that higher education has when serving the regional social economic development through transformation development. It aims at cultivating high -level technical skilled talents that are needed in industrial transformation and upgrading and public service development, and makes it a main route to advance the industry - education integration and school - enterprise cooperation. Through pilot promotion、demonstration and guidance,it sure will guide and push some of the local undergraduate institutions transform and develop into professional and technical institutions, and promote the local higher education to make beneficial exploration on industrial upgrading、technical progress and social management innovations service in a more direct and effective way.
