The purpose of this article is to study the taxonomy of the three germs which isolated from the Caofangtoujiufanggujiaochi by morphology physics/chemistry and 16SrRNA gene-sequence analyze. Use LC to test the three germs liquid felanent's metabolite, Use HSSPME-Mass to test the three germs solid ferment's metabolite. The results show that the three germs belong to Maotai-flavor Liquor brewage microorganisms.%采用形态理化特征分析和16SrRNA基因序列分析方法研究了糟坊头酒坊古窖池中分离到的三株细菌在分类学上的地位;采用气相色谱检测了三株菌液体发酵的代谢产物;采用顶空固相微萃取气相色谱-质谱法检测了三株菌固体发酵的代谢产物。
