麸曲自动化培养工艺探讨

摘要

酿酒麸曲对培养工艺要求较高,自动化控制难度较大,自动化控制系统效率低下将造成极大的能源浪费.对采用圆盘制曲机的麸曲自动化工艺进行研究,探讨自动化控制的工艺原理,优化控制参数,提高麸曲质量,降低能源消耗.%Abtract:Bran starter production has high requirements on culture technology and its automatic control is quite difficult. The low efficiency of the automatic system would induce great energy waste. In this study, the automated technology of disc starter-making machine was investigated and its technical principles were discussed, and its control parameters were optimized to improve the quality of the produced bran starter and re-duce energy consumption.
