Baijiu analogue added with twelve PAEs was analyzed by GC-MS and GC respectively under the same conditions. When these PAEs were analyzed within the arrange of 0.2~2.0 μg/mL, the recovery of GC-MS and GC were between 74.43 %~112.0 % and 75.51 %~101.7%respectively, the relative standard deviation (RSD) were 2.7%~10.8%and 2.5%~7.8%respectively, both their determination lim-its were 0.2 μg/mL. The results showed that, both methods could be used for the testing of PAEs, but GC was more reliable and it was the cheaper one. Furthermore, ion source of MS was easily polluted by PAEs. Accordingly, GC was recommended in the measurement of PAEs in Baijiu.%用相同的方法对样品进行预处理后,在相同的色谱条件下,采用气质联用仪和气相色谱仪对定量加入了12种邻苯二甲酸酯的模拟白酒进行分析.在设定的分析条件下,12种邻苯二甲酸酯分离效果好,峰形尖锐对称.在浓度为0.2~2.0μg/mL线性范围内,气质联用法回收率74.43%~112.0%,精密度2.7%~10.8%;气相色谱法回收率75.51%~101.7%,精密度2.5%~7.8%;最低检测浓度均小于0.2μg/mL.结果表明,2种方法皆可用于邻苯二甲酸酯的检测,但气相色谱法定量检测可靠性稍高于气质联用法,且气质联用法成本远高于气相色谱法,邻苯二甲酸酯类物质是易污染气质联用仪的离子源,因此建议用气相色谱法对邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂进行定量分析.
