GC-MS内标法测包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯的含量

         

摘要

In this study, GC-MS for the determination of the content of 16 phthalate esters in the plastic bottle cap had been devel-oped. The samples were extracted with ultrasonic by acetonitrile and then filtered and washed for multiple times, and finally deter-mined by GC-MS. The standard curve of this method was in the range of 0.1~2 mg/L, and the linear relationship of each curve was good. The recoveries of this method were between 80%to 110%, and the accuracy was between 0%~3.5%. This method had the advantages including simple and fast determination and good stability, and it was suitable for the determination of food contact materi-als to monitor food safety indicators.%建立了用气质联用仪内标法测定与酒接触的包材塑料瓶盖中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的含量的分析方法.样品通过色谱纯正己烷超声提取、过滤、多次淋洗后用GC-MS内标法测定.该方法的标准曲线在0.1~2 mg/L的浓度曲线范围内,且每个曲线的线性关系较好,该方法的回收率为80%~110%,精密度为0%~3.5%,本方法具有简单、快捷且稳定性好的特点,适用于食品接触材料等食品安全指标的监控.
