对乙醇发酵膜生物反应器中的PDMS-PA膜性能衰减进行了研究,在35 d的发酵过程中,膜对乙醇的分离能力逐渐下降,分离因子从峰值11.02降至1.417,均值为6.01,平均渗透通量为431.5 g/m·2h.发酵结束后,对膜微观结构进行了分析,发现膜对水的接触角变小,疏水性能降低;通过扫描电镜发现,发酵前后膜支撑层无明显变化,但PDMS分离层略有减薄.并依据发酵前后膜性能衰减问题,讨论了膜寿命评估方法.%The performance degradation of PDMS-PA membrane in ethanol fermentation bioreactor was explored. During the 35 d fermentation period, the separation factor decreased from 11.02 to 1.417, and the average value was 6.01 and the average flux was 431.5 g/(m2·h).After the fermentation,the microstructure of the membrane was analyzed,it was found that the contact angle of the membrane reduced and its hydrophobic property decreased. Scanning electron microscopy suggested that there was no significant change in membrane support layer. However, PDMS separating layer became thinner. Based on the performance degradation of the membrane after the fermentation,the evaluation method of membrane life was discussed.
